If you are a staff member at a care facility, please ask your clinical or facility manager to set up your 1CHART account. The 1CHART team is not permitted to set up new users without confirmation from management at the care facility.
If you are a pharmacist or a prescriber, click the 'register now' link on the 1CHART login page at https://1chart.nz.
This will take you to a registration form for 1CHART. Once the form is completed, click the 'Register' button. This will contact the 1CHART team to get you set up with 1CHART as soon as possible.
