Check the email address you provided when registering for 1CHART. You will have received an email containing your 1CHART username and a temporary password with which you can activate your account.
NB: If you cannot find the email, have a look in the junk or spam folder. The email will be from NoReply@toniq.co.nz.
If possible, copy the password, then click the 'Login 1Chart web application now' button.
Input your username and the temporary password in the provided fields, then click 'Log in'.
Follow the prompts to set up your own password and security questions and answers. Ensure the questions and answers you select are ones you can easily remember the answer to and the spelling for, as you will need to answer one of these questions correctly each time you log in.
When you have completed your password and all three security questions and answers, click the blue 'Activate' button. You will then be redirected to the 1CHART login page.
