Please ensure that your staff working over the holiday periods have appropriate 1CHART access to successfully complete their tasks, especially when providing cover for other staff members. For example: An RN with Nurse role in 1CHART cannot update a patient details to transfer a patient in or out of a facility.
There is a Clinical Coordinator role in 1CHART that gives access to update patient details as well as the normal access a Nurse role has, that does not give access to the administration side that a Clinical Administrator may have.
