Automated email backup provides a daily copy of the facility's charts in password-protected PDF format to up to 5 separate email addresses. To have email backup set up for your facility, please contact the 1CHART team.
To update the email addresses or view the password to the backup charts, go to your Admin tab in the main navigation bar.
Select the 'Email Backup' tab from the list of options on the left-hand side.
The encryption password can be copied and saved to a safe place outside of 1CHART.
New email addresses can be added, removed, or updated on the selected list. Ensure only company email addresses are used.
When the PDF in the email is opened, you will be prompted for the encryption password. Enter the password into the designated field, then click 'OK'.
