To download all facility charts manually, you must have a Clinical Administrator, Doctor, Other Prescriber, or Pharmacist role.
Go to your Admin tab in the main navigation bar.
Select the 'Backup' tab from the list of options on the left-hand side.
If you have access to more than one 1CHART facility, select the facility you wish to download offline charts for.
Click 'Download'. This will download a back up set of all medicine charts in the facility in PDF file format, one for each location.
Check your Downloads folder for the PDF.
